ICB now offers a fully customised pre-fab orthotic service*, to provide a cost-effective, yet highly tailored alternative to custom made orthotics.  Having our own on-site orthotic laboratory, we are able to manufacture semi-custom orthotics to the practitioner’s exact prescription.  Doing so allows practitioners to provide a highly customised orthotic device, at a more attractive price point to patients, without compromising on quality & fit – in 5 simple steps.  Once manufactured, the practitioner is still able to heat mould to the patient’s feet for precision fitting.

Using ICB Heat Mouldable Orthotics as the base shell, practitioners can then prescribe a range of modifications (rearfoot, forefoot, etc), custom fitting solutions (to ensure a great fit into footwear) and top covers.  Clinics also have the option to have their own personalised clinic logo printed onto the top cover.

Practitioners can complete the prescription form manually or electronically, and return via email.  Finished orthotics are dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of the completed prescription form.
