Same Day Dispatch

At ICB, we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, which is why we use express shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same business day. Any order made after 12pm will usually be dispatched the next business day.

Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major Australian and New South Wales public holidays.

We use express courier services that require a signature on delivery.  If the goods are being shipped to a residential address, or any other address which may not have someone available Mon-Fri during business hours, to sign and accept delivery, we suggest providing an ‘Authority to Leave’ (e.g. If unattended, please leave at the front door), to ensure prompt delivery.  In some instances where delivery is to a residential address, Australia Post may be used as the most efficient method of delivery.

If you are not present at the delivery address to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local pick up point – this may be a local newsagent, post office or courier depot.   In this case, the receiver will be responsible for picking up the goods from the specified location.

In the event that your order is not collected from the pick up point outlet within 7 business days it will be returned to ICB.  A re-delivery fee may be charged.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
